Golden Mean

Created in 1997

I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my Fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

- Frank Herbert Dune

Golden Mean Equation I used this formula to create the exact rectangles.
Created with Adobe Illustrator.
Final image with frame was 59" x 39"
Print run of three.

Mecha Streisand

Created in 2000

This poster was created to promote a software application that wrote custom ColdFusion files. It allowed the BrightStreet, Inc. core application to maintain the look and feel of any web site.

This technology was called Skinning. I felt it was best represented by the different face plates of the Nokia phones.

Created with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Reverse Engineering

Created in 2000

This poster was a free hanging double-sided poster. When placed on the poster board, the arrow was on the same end of the poster board no matter which side faced the viewer.

It was placed in a high traffic hallway and attached to the ceiling by a single mono filament line. This allowed the wind to constantly spin the poster.

Created with Adobe Illustrator.

The Lounge

Created in 2001

Look familiar? This was the replacement poster for "The Eyeball Lounge". Once the eyeballs leave, what's the use of calling your lounge the "eyeball" lounge. So it just became "The Lounge".

Notice the somber colors and dark feel of the illustration. Looking at this poster now, I can really see the subconscious sadness.
